Water Fakemon Idea

I'm not really sure what this is but I thought about using it as a fakemon idea.

It would be a water type and it most likely will be a starter with two evos to it.

As for a name, meh, I couldn't think of one.

Problem is, even though I made this up one the spot, I think it looks too much like a combo of mudkip, celebi, and a bit of kyogre (mostly because of the markings).

Whatever. I'm just happy I could make something so cool on my first try with coloring in photoshop.

Open to suggestions with names and/or if it too closely alike to celebi to be a new fakemon.
